This is the second level course in Core Krav Maga. The techniques covered advance from Level 1. You will learn next level Basic Movement, Fall Breaks, Punches, Punch Defenses, Kicks, Kick Defenses, Chokes, Ground Positions, Bearhug Defense and Punch Defenses with Counter Attacks. Each lesson includes streaming video, slides, moderated forums, workbooks and a host of additional features.

Basic Movement

Movement is one of the keys to success when it comes to self defense.

Fall Breaks

Fights are unpredictable and a defender may end up on the ground for a variety of reasons (slipping, being swept, or tripping over obstacles). It is important to learn how to fall safely.


Different punches serve different purposes and apply to different situations depending on angle, distance, and environment.

Punch Defenses

Punch defense is an essential component to self defense.


Kicks are incredibly effective weapons when our opponent is farther away and we have time to deliver a strong attack.

Kick Defenses

Kick defenses apply the same basic categories of redirecting and stopping defenses, while still keeping in mind the increased power, range, and new targets that kicking attacks introduce.


This lesson covers defending various chokes from the front and behind.

Ground Positions

This is the last place you want to be in a fight, so our philosophy is to do whatever it takes is to get up as fast as possible and get home safe.
