Krav Maga Worldwide has really changed my life for the better because I'm in the best shape of my life, and I'm getting to do everything I love while having a great time. Not to mention the compliments I've gotten from my friends and family on my accomplishments. I've never been so dedicated to anything in my life and it feels great!

I became a Krav Maga Worldwide Instructor because I wanted to help people acquire the knowledge and skills that Krav Maga Worldwide provides. Specifically, I love teaching it because it gives people self-defense and fighting skills that are universally effective, regardless of one's size or strength, that can be used if a person is ever forced to fight for his or her life. But more importantly, my goal and personal satisfaction as an instructor is achieved when I see students gain not just the Krav Maga Worldwide skills, but greater self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment, and of course, fantastically increased physical fitness!

I've been on many different sports teams (gymnastics, track, volleyball, etc.) and worked out almost every day of my life. Still, nothing was ever as hard as Krav Maga Worldwide. I felt challenged and empowered. When I left class, I had never felt more like every muscle in my body had been worked out.
