Breathwork for Warriors

This interactive course focuses on two different breathing methods. First; breathing while striking - join along and throw a few strikes while focusing on your breathing. Feel your power in your punches increase as you master your breath. Second; follow along with Erik while he teaches a deep breathing practice to work out your cardiovascular system, connect to your nervous system and relieve stress. By the end of the session you feel centered and strong, as well as calm and focused. Watch and practice this deep breathing exercise whenever you need to connect to the Present and destress - at the beginning or the end of your day.
