Welcome to Krav Maga’s fitness bag classes! Join Ross Cascio, Tina Angelotti, and Gabriel Khorramian as they lead you through intense workouts designed to perfect your self-defense techniques and work up a sweat while doing so. Each lesson follows a different workout plan tailored to focusing on a particular skill and muscle group. Though every instructor brings something new to their lesson, each workout centers around the use of a bag in order to ensure you practice your forms and techniques. Take control of your safety and get more fit while doing so.

Tina Bag Class 2

Tina Angelotti leads you through fundamental striking combinations with kicks, intended to work your power and explosiveness.

Gabriel Bag Class 1

Beginning with some basic footwork and striking drills, Gabriel incrementally adds kicks into each combo to challenge you and ensure your self-defense arsenal is as versatile as possible.

Gabriel Bag Class 2

Gabriel Khorramian leads you through a high-intensity workout with drills focused on scenarios in which your attacker catches you off guard.

Ross Cascio

Ross Cascio is a Blue Belt Instructor at Krav Maga Worldwide. Since 2004, he has followed his passion for Krav Maga and teaches numerous classes, including KM Bag, KM Fight, Stand-up Fight, and Ground Fight at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Centers in West L.A. He continues his journey through the Krav Maga Worldwide Academy where he guides viewers through in-depth, online KMW classes.

Tina Angelotti

Tina Angelotti is a Krav Maga veteran of over two decades. Tina has been a Krav Maga instructor since 1998 and became KMW’s Fitness Director, teaching classes such as KM Bag, Strength and Conditioning, and Flexibility and Recovery at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Centers in West L.A. She has a lifelong passion for fitness and appears in multiple courses on the Krav Maga Worldwide Academy.

Gabriel Khorramian

Gabriel Khorramian has been a Krav Maga instructor since 2001. A 3rd Dan Black Belt Instructor, Gabriel also has experience as General Manager of Krav Maga San Francisco, one of the largest Krav Maga schools in the U.S. He continues to teach classes such as KM Bag, KM Fight, and Stand-up Fight at the Krav Maga Worldwide HQ Training Centers in Sherman Oaks and West L.A. He also continues to spread KMW education as an online instructor on the Krav Maga Worldwide Academy.
